Prague city centre is a shopper's paradise, with plenty of good places to discover. Try the shops on Wenceslas Square and Pariska & Na Prikope. However, for the local bargains and crafts go to the Old Town Square market, with its stalls selling crystal, glassware, wooden toys and porcelain.

Finally, end your day with a good traditional Czech meal at one of the many restaurants and cafes on Old Town Square and do not forget to sample the excellent local Pilsner at any of the traditional beer cellars.
