Untouched by the ravages of recent history, Prague is an architectural jewel as well as offering fantastic value for dining, drink and entertainment.

Flights – Flights to Prague are increasing all the time. At present the best options are from Stansted, Bristol, East Midlands, Manchester, Leeds/Bradford and Newcastle.

Hotels – There’s an excellent choice of hotels; generally the closer to Wenceslas Square, the more you pay for the hotel.

Transfers – We recommend the ‘collective’ minibus services which operate between the airport and all city hotels, with good prices which are advertised on the vehicle so you know what you’ll pay - taxis can be expensive!

Best Price - £160 per person including flights, taxes and 2 nights in a city centre 3 star.

Peak Prices – Look to pay up to £260 per person at least for most weekends, with periods such as New Year costing even more.

Money Saving Tip – Book very early for best flight prices and choose a hotel away from the Wenceslas Square area. Go in January and February (except Valentines).

Season – April to June, September and October are peak season for hotels. January and February are very low season and offer great value especially in 4/5 star properties.
